For the price, I received the product I was supposed to in a fairly timely manner (about 10 days). Only significant criticism would be the packaging. I ordered Nexguard and while the handling of the items is not necessarily an indication of Pet Bucket's service, it came in an envelope which led to receiving two fairly mangled boxes. The product was alright though. Recommend possibly using a small box next time?

Ordered Stronghold for our farm cats through Petbucket.com because locally Revolution...the branded version...sells for about $25 USD per cat. With 9 cats, that gets a bit steep on a monthly basis. I order this stuff from someone else online and damned if they didn't just LOSE the shipment, they LOST my registration and therefore I had to send them order information to verify I'd paid. So...I'm very happy with Petbucket, and will be ordering again very soon, for the cats AND our 3 big dogs. I live in Kansas....right in the middle of the USA, so it took 12 days for the stuff to get here, but it did, indeed get here, so I'm extremely happy!
