I read a lot of complaints about shipping time, but during COVID, there was not much they could do about that. I think their prices are great and you can win points to save even more money. I regularly purchase the famous barbecue ball for my dog. The price gap is significant. It is recommended to purchase at least two months before the deadline as shipments are quite slow.
