Service is great, the only thing I'm not happy with is the extra I have to pay on top of your fee for the product, eg exchange rate and bank fee for the transaction, which adds on approximately an extra $20. however it is still cheaper than buying locally. Cheers

I wasn't sure if my order was lost due to it being past the delivery due date but when I contacted customer service they were very quick to respond and I received my order the very next day. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family for their pet supplies
