I compared the Stronghold package to a Revolution pkg and they appear to be the same product, but the Stronghold is much less. Only one problem, I have 3 cats and the 6-pk renews every 3 mths; I need it to renew every 2 months. Is that possible?

I`m a big fan of PetBucket and have always loved the swift delivery and prompt customer service. However, this time I wrote as I was concerned that my latest order hadn`t arrived two weeks after it was supposedly sent. I was disappointed to get a standard, automatic response saying orders can take up to two weeks to arrive! At least an empathetic, caring understanding and a request to reconnect if it didn`t arrive within the next few days would have been appreciated. This total lack of customer understanding has put me off the company and I will be looking to find another source for the needs of my two pets in future.

I received my shipment in about two weeks from time of order. everything is great with the product and it seems to be working fine.

My Order is not arrived ,i am waiting

The medicine took a bit longer to arrive than the last time I placed this order, but overall I am satisfied. I was able to contact customer service and check on it`s arrival so that made my wait more acceptable.

I was a little anxious waiting for the order to come in. The wait time was more than the expected time listed on the website, in fact, it turned out to be exactly 20 business days from shipping the product to receiving it. It came to my doorstep, and was exactly what I ordered. I`m VERY happy with my purchase and encourage my Canadian friends to save some money and buy from pet bucket!
