My first order was turned back at customs but Pet Bucket was fast to refund me and I reordered hoping that the next one would come through. It took awhile because for some reason my order wasn’t shipped for a couple of weeks but Pet Bucket again was great and refunded me for part of the order. The second order came thru customs without an issue and I was pleased with the product that I received. It is exactly the same as I would get from my vet for about 2/3 of the cost or less! I will definitely be ordering again. Thanks!
