These PetBucket folks are tremendous - I have ordered Value Heart from them several times and never, ever experienced any problems. This time, I was looking at their website and inadvertently cancelled the recurring status for my order. I chat-ed online with two different PetBucket reps and got conflicting direction. As a result my order was duplicated, but they addressed the problem immediately and have taken steps to resolve it. Good show, PetBucket!!!
